class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Not because it\u2019s impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because it\u2019s uncomfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We like the idea of freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No boss.<br>No stress.<br>More time.<br>Better life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But we don\u2019t like what it actually requires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Consistency over years.<br>Delayed gratification.<br>Saying \u201cno\u201d more often than \u201cyes\u201d.<br>Making decisions that don\u2019t feel good short-term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>And most importantly: <strong>Taking full responsibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s easier to blame:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The economy.<br>Taxes.<br>Politics.<br>Bad luck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes those things matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But most of the time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They\u2019re just convenient explanations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The uncomfortable truth is simpler:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most people don\u2019t have a plan.<br>And even if they do \u2014 they don\u2019t stick to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m not saying this as an outsider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve done the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve wasted time.<br>I\u2019ve been inconsistent.<br>I\u2019ve made decisions that felt good in the moment but didn\u2019t move anything forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>I told myself stories like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cI\u2019ll focus on this next year\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNow is not the right time\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cOnce things calm down\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>They never really did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>And that\u2019s the trap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Drift.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t notice it day to day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But suddenly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 years pass<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nothing really changed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you\u2019re still \u201cplanning\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>At 40+, this hits differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time stops feeling abstract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You start doing simple math.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>If nothing changes\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If income stays similar\u2026<br>If investments grow slowly\u2026<br>If effort stays inconsistent\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Then the outcome is predictable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No financial freedom at 45.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>That realization is uncomfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But also useful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Because it removes illusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m 42.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I don\u2019t see myself as someone who is \u201cguaranteed\u201d to get there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If anything, I see how easy it is not to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s why this is not just an idea anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>A conscious attempt to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be more intentional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>make better decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stay consistent (even when it\u2019s boring)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>And to be honest about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not just the
